Processing Time All PAWVIVE orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times — Australia Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days Express Shipping: 4–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs Standard Shipping: AUD $6.95 for orders under $60 Free Standard Shipping: On all orders AUD $60 and over

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of ordering please contact us at pawvive@gmail.com

Delays & Lost Parcels PAWVIVE is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or carrier issues. If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PAWVIVE cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
