ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take? Standard delivery across Australia takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 4–8 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $60. Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate of $6.95.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it within 5 business days, email us at pawvivie@gmail.com

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at pawvivie@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet we'll do our best to make changes. Once dispatched we cannot cancel but you can return it under our 30-day returns policy.


PRODUCTS

How do I know which size to order? Each product page has a detailed size guide with measurements in centimetres. Always measure your pet before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up.

Do the calming vests really work? Compression therapy for pet anxiety is a well-established technique recommended by animal behaviourists worldwide. Most pets show visible calming within 10–15 minutes. Results vary by animal — some need 2–3 sessions to build the association.

Are the products safe? Yes. All PAWVIVE products are selected for safety and quality. Our calming vests are drug-free and non-invasive. As with any pet product, always supervise your pet when introducing something new.

Can I use the dog vest on a cat or vice versa? We recommend using breed-specific products. Our cat vest is designed for feline anatomy and our dog wrap for canine. Using the right product ensures the best fit and most effective compression.

What if my pet refuses to wear it? Introduce it slowly. Let them sniff it first, then try short sessions of 10–15 minutes with treats as positive reinforcement. Most pets adjust within a few sessions.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original condition. Email pawvivie@gmail.com to start a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Email us at pawvivie@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
