Refund & Returns Policy

Our Guarantee At PAWVIVE we stand behind every product we sell. If you or your pet are not satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in original packaging
• You must contact us first at pawvivie@gmail.com before sending anything back

How To Start A Return Email us at pawvivie@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for your return

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size or colour we are happy to exchange. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at pawvivie@gmail.com

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you immediately.

Items Not Eligible For Return

• Items returned after 30 days
• Used or washed items
• Items without original packaging
